The Lakemere project was a new construction journey where we partnered with our clients from the very first planning stages all the way through move-in day. They envisioned a home that was modern yet soft, highly functional yet welcoming—a space that would feel stylish today and still timeless for years to come. Together, we carefully curated every detail, from exterior finishes to interior design, ensuring that their home was not only beautiful but also deeply livable.

The Collaboration
​Our goal at Lakemere was to design a home rooted in modern design, but softened with textures, tones, and details that make it warm and inviting. Every choice was guided by livability and longevity—balancing striking architectural elements with approachable comfort. The result is a home that blends crisp lines with cozy finishes, elevated materials with functional flow, and a sense of sophistication that feels effortlessly at home.
​This project is filled with moments we’ll never forget: the striking fireplace clad in stone, layered with black acoustic panels and smoked-glass built-ins; the primary shower wrapped in marble, a true retreat of elegance; and the playful mint-green retro kitchen designed for the pool house, equal parts charm and function. And then there’s the lighting—layered, sculptural, and intentional—tying the entire home together with a warm glow that shifts beautifully from day to night.
