Embark on the journey of our latest project, a modern farmhouse addition and renovation designed to elevate functionality while preserving the timeless charm of the home. With a family of four in mind, our goal was to seamlessly integrate modern elements while honoring the architectural integrity of the original structure. The centerpiece of the project is a stunning addition featuring a spa-like primary suite bathroom and spacious walk-in closet, offering a retreat-like sanctuary for the homeowners. Additionally, we're transforming the current laundry room into a spacious laundry room and mudroom, and adding a butler's pantry and coffee bar for added convenience. A new office space will provide a dedicated area for work and creativity, while a pool bath and outdoor kitchen and living space will enhance outdoor entertaining and leisure.
