CUMBERLAND
​ The Cumberland project was the beginning of a new chapter for our clients—a fresh start in Bowling Green with a new home, new schools for the kids, and spaces that truly reflected where they were in life. We created a complete design blueprint with 3D renderings of the entire first floor and began transforming each space room by room. The foyer, office, and dining room were the first to undergo a dramatic makeover. With traditional columns and Tuscan-inspired finishes, the home felt dark and heavy, so we lightened and refreshed it with uplifting palettes. For the office-where our client, a life coach, spends her days and appears on Zoom with clients; we infused her brand colors into the design, drenching the space in a serene, mint green that reflects both her personality and her business.

The Collaboration
​Our goal for Cumberland was to honor the architectural bones of the home while bringing in lighter, brighter, and more modern energy. We wanted each space to feel fresh and functional for family life while also creating meaningful, personalized touches. The office became a branded backdrop for our client’s work, the dining room was elevated into a beautiful gathering space, and the foyer was reimagined to set a welcoming and uplifting tone from the moment you step inside.
​Since completing the first phase of the project, two moments stand out most. The first is hearing from our client that her teenage boys now request to eat dinner in the dining room-candles lit and all—because they love it so much, even for pizza takeout nights. The second is seeing our client’s office pop up regularly in her online videos, a constant reminder that her space not only supports her business but beautifully represents her brand. Those little glimpses of how design transforms daily life are what we love most.
